Peter Folle
Peter Folle, a trained banker and graduate in business administration and economics, gained over 20 years of experience as a PE fund manager.
Mr. Folle has developed the fund and investment controlling of Triginta Capital since 2001 and is Managing Partner since 2003. At Triginta, he personally managed transactions with about EUR 1 billion deal volume and accompanied about 100 transactions. In addition, he was responsible for Due Diligences and Restructuring and represented the funds on the boards of numerous companies. Besides that, Mr. Folle has extensive experience in the management of portfolio risks of banks as well as over 10 years of experience as a freelance management consultant in the areas of investment controlling and restructuring of medium-sized companies, specialized on mechanical engineering, internet, IT as well as health and social services.
