Ruslan Zaidan

Ruslan Zaidan, Chief Financial Officer, brings more than 12 years of experience in financial and investment advisory services. Throughout his career, he has been involved in diversified private equity and capital markets transactions, as well as in the fund and hedge fund industry. His experience includes the chemical, energy, construction and real estate sectors.

Previously, as head of the project financing department at JSC Creon Energy, Mr. Zaidan was assigned to private equity investment transactions and valuation of projects in the chemical sector.

He advised on private equity and capital markets transactions for the key private client segment of CJSC Sberbank CIB, a subsidiary of Russian Sberbank. Further, he achieved substantial experience in financial trading advisory and asset management during his various positions in senior trading, portfolio management and private banking at Citibank in Moscow and CJSC IFC SOLID.

Ruslan Zaidan holds a Master of Science Degree in Economics and International Financial Economics from Warwick University, UK. He also achieved a Bachelor of Science (with Honours) Degree in Economics and Management from Aston Business School, UK.

Mr. Zaidan is certified by the Russian Federal Financial Markets Service as a certified broker, dealer and portfolio manager, as well as a certified investment fund, private and government pension fund manager.
